Terms

Set the rules clearly before the product asks people to pay.

The terms page should explain product scope, billing behavior, cancellation, usage limits, and acceptable use in language customers can actually understand.

Product scope

ClastX includes a public website for pricing, support, guides, downloads, and trust surfaces, plus a desktop workspace where the actual coding work takes place.

Accounts and eligibility

Users are responsible for keeping their account access accurate, secure, and lawful. Access may be limited, suspended, or refused when abuse, fraud, or platform risk appears.

Plans, renewal, and cancellation

Paid access should renew according to the active billing provider until the customer cancels. Cancellation is expected to stop future renewal while preserving access through the already-paid billing window unless the provider terms say otherwise.

Credits, usage, and hard stops

Usage limits, credits, top-ups, and model access may vary by plan. ClastX may stop or limit paid AI requests when allowance is exhausted instead of allowing hidden overages.

Refunds and billing disputes

Refund decisions, billing reversals, and subscription disputes may depend on provider rules, payment timing, fraud signals, and applicable law. Customers should contact support promptly when a billing issue appears.

Acceptable use

Users may not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with infrastructure, violate law, or use ClastX in ways that create harm to the platform, provider integrations, or other users.

Availability and updates

Some surfaces may run in preview mode, change over time, or depend on third-party providers. ClastX may update the product, the website, or the desktop app to improve reliability, access control, or security.

Legal review

This page is product-facing site copy and should still be reviewed by legal counsel before a broad commercial launch.
